FATAL CAPSIZE.
! I HIHJTff T -*WD T fH Kii.T.^T>, CAR FALLS OVER CULVERT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAIMATE, Tuesday. A fatal motor accident occurred this afternoon, when a five-seater car driven by Mr. L. Kodgers, of Invercargill, and containing four passengers, turned a corner five miles from Waimate and capsized over a culvert. It made a complete eomereault and. landed on its wheels facing the direction from which it had come. ' Rodgers suffered injuries to his head, from which he died as the doctor arrived. Mr. P. O'Shanghiiessey received injuries to his ear, and a broken collarbone. The other occupants, Messrs. M. Wakelin, J. Markwell and S. Beard, escaped with a severe shaking.
