Wales (who had eharge of the military officers who assisted to control the crowd), Superintendent W. G. Wohlman and Inspector J. Mellveney (representing the Police Department), Mr. R. Burns (president of the Aero Club), Mr. H. T. Merritt (chairman of the club committee), Major Keith Caldwell (captain of the Aero Club) and Mr. Ardell (representing tie Department of Internal Affairs).
