Cardinal Moran, accompanied by Archbishop ; Redwood, .Bishops O'Connor and .Gallagher,- Very Rev. IVlgr. O'TTarati, private , secretary to, the Cardmalj -Very Eev.Mgr. O'Reilly, "Very Rev. Bean, Haekett, and Rev. Frs. Rohans (2), Gunning,.and Briody.left by the express for Rotorua this morning, and they were provided, with, a reserved carriage. Bishop Lenihan arid a number of priests and others saw them off at the station. The Cardinal will be presented -with addresses at Rotorua to-morrow, and is expected to arrive back in Auckland on Friday nest. Mr. T. Humphries, Suryeyor-Geaeral of New Zealand, who has been visiting Auckland to attend the meeting of the Sceneryj Preservation Board, of which he is chairman, returned to.
