Torgauten left Picton at noon on Saturday, arrived at the Manukau bar at 1 a.m. to-day, after a pasage of 30 hours, and berthed at 7 a.m. Heavy seas and winds were encountered, especially near the Manukau Heads. The cargo consisted of 2500 sacks of chaff, for Messrs Gunson and Co. The Torgauten will load timber to-morrow for Wellington.
