RAISULI'S THREAT.
DEPORTATION TO A DISTANCE.
(Received 7.35 a.m. LONDON, August 15. The " Daily Mail's" Tangier correspondent reports that Raisuli, in an ultimatum to Mr. G. A. Lowther, the British Minister, threatens to remove Sir Harry Maclean to a distance unless his demands are instantly complied with.
