In the House of Commons, the Chief Secretary, for Ireland Gfir. Birrell), in answering questions, mentioned willingness of the trades unionists in Belfast ta'arbitrate. He was hopeful, he added, of an early satisfactory result. The Board of Trade had placed . two representatives at the disposal of the two parties.
