Claim for Calls.—The Taupiri South Coal Co., Ltd. (Mr Moore), sued F. H. Mendoza Oir Northcroft) for £25 for calls on shares In tie company. Mr Northcroft, for the defendant, urged the defence that his client ■was on the list of shareholders through fraud. After argument, the mflgietrflte aecliied that it was not a question which could influence the Court. The defendant's proper course was to apply to the Supreme Cotrrt to be removed from the list of shareholders. TJnddr the circumstances he would give Judgment for the plaintiff.
