The Otago Education Board endorsed the protest entered by the Nelson Board, against resolution No. 5 concerning the examination and classification ot teachers, and urge that in. respect to regulation No. 6, that Boards' inspectoral must be deemed' the most competent authorities to determine the worth of work done by teachers.
