LONDON, July 17.
The " Daily Telegraph" states that the Government Committee, consisting of Mr. Lloyd-George, Mr. Sydney Buston, Mx. Walter Runeiman, and Mr. Winston Churchill, has decided against an AllRed route, chiefly on financial grounds. It is expected, the paper adds, that the Cabinet -will endorse the decision.
