That the draft Agreement expressed to be made between the Liquidator of this Company of the first part, this Company of the second part, the Liquidator of the New Bunker's Hill G.M. Company, Ltd., of the third part, the Bunker's Hill G.M. Company, Limited, of the fourth part, and the Old Hauraki Goid j Mines, Limited, of the nfth part, be I and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be aud he is hereby directed to enter into an Agreement on behalf of this Company in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.
