LANCASHIRE WEAVERS.
150,000 to be Thrown Idle. LONDON, June 29. Owing to the unsatisfactory character of the weaving due to the poor quality, scarcity, and dearness of yarn, 150.060 operatives will be thrown idle for a fortnight in October by agreement among cotton spinners and manufacturers in North and North-east Lancashire.
