AUSTRALIAN RACING.
(Received 9.38 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. By winning the Moonee Valley Hurdles from Deering bonheart has improved his position in the betting for the Grand National Huidles, and is now almost as good a favourite as Vrestoupans.
C.J.C. NATIONAL STEEPLECHASE.
Owing to an oversight on the part of the r.J.C. officials, the names of the Auckland horses, Irish and Lioch b'yne, were omitted from the list of entries for the National Steeplechase. The inclusion of the liair brings the number of nominations for the event to 25.
CAULFIELD AND MELBOURNE CUPS.
