Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of The New Bunker's Hill Gold Mining Company, Limited, will be held at the Chamber of Commerce on THURSDAY, the 4th day of July, 1907, at 2130 o'clock in the afternoon, when the subjoined Resolutions win be proposed:— I 1. That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Old Hauraki Gold Miuiug Company, Limited; and that with a view thereto this Company be wound up volunj tarily, and that Charles Arthur Stubbs be and be is hereby appointed 1 Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. 2. That the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to consent to the registration of a New Company, to be named the Old Hauraki Gold Mines. Limited, with a Memorandum and Articles of Association which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the draft Agreement expressed to be made between the Liquidator of > this Company of the first part, this Company of the second part, the Liquidator of the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Ltd.. of the third part, the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the fourth part, and The Old Hauraki Gold Mines. Limited, of the fifth part, he and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby directed to enter into an Agreement on behalf of this Company, in the terms of the said draft and to carry the same into effect. Should the said Resolutions be passed by the required majority they will be submitted for confirmation as Special Resolutions to a second Extraordinary Meeting, which will he subsequently convened.
