PROSPECTS FROM LORDS' . COMMITTEE. (Received 5.55 a-m.) LONDON, June 27. The newspaper comments show that the Lords 3 debate is in accordance with party colour, and the general public have evinced little interest in its progress. Many persons look for more practical results from Lord Rosebery's committee appointed to examine previous attempts to reform the House of Lords.
