THE TIFLIS OUTRAGE.
CoTered Big RoVbery. ST. PETERSBURG, June 27. The Tiflia outrage covered the robbery of £34,000 from a Treasury van. The succession of bombs thrown into the square was intended to increase the confusion. Two persons were killed and fifty wounded.
