SURRENDER OF M. ALBERT. (By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright.) PARIS, June 27. M. Albert has surrendered himself to the Public Prosecutor at Montpellier. He repaid the loan of 100 francs borrowed from M. Clemeneeau, and a return railway fareAt the instance of the Argelier WineGrowers' Committee, M. George Cayeain Cazalet, member for Gironde in the Chamber of Deputies, and himself a --nticulturist, and also reporter of the Parliamentary Committee, has gone to Narbonne to confer regarding defects in the i Government's measure dealing with the industry.
