AUSTRALIA AND CHINESE CHILDREN.
(Received 10.31 a-m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Federal High Court has ruled that i thfldren of Chinese parents, who are born I cot of Australia, are not entitled to have tie provisions of the Immigration Restriction Act waived, because their patents are domiciled in Australia.
