ALTERATION TO TIZAED'S BOAD. .rf^^^ to Provieipne of Subsection { R o f*£? ctio £, m ' Municipal Corporations Ac .t, 1900, pubUc notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Elector* of the Borougn of Birkenhead will be held the Council Chambers, Birkenhead, oh THURSDAY the eth December, 1908, at 7.30 p.m., to coneider, and, If approved, pass the foUowlus resolution, which was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council held oa the 22nd November, 1906, viz.:— That the part of Tizard's-road In the • Borough of Birkenhead, coloured pink ' on the plan, now produced to tne Council, and signed by His Worship ; the Alayor, shall be closed as a public street or road, so that the strip or land, coloured slate on the said plan, for the purchase of which the Council has agreed with the owners, may form part of the said road, in lieu or the portion thereof to be closed - The plan referred to may be seen between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on and after the 29th November, until THURSDAY, the 6th December, at Wm.
