AUCKLAND TECHNICAL COLLEGE.

STUDENTS' BUILDING FUND. In June last, some time before the death of the Premier, the Right Hon. R- J. Seddon, and consequently before it was proposed to erect the new technical college as a Seddon -Memorial, the director of the college, Mr. George Ceorge, issued to the students subscription lists for the purpose of collecting money from the students and their friends, towards the equipment of certain portions of the new college, such as library, gymnasium, dining-room, etc. The subscription list has now been closed, and a sum of £300 paid into the Board's account. In the following list is given the amounts of £ 1 and upwards, collected by the students and staff:—
