CHEISTCBURCH, Tuesday. This afternoon the Premier, together with the Hon. James McGowan and Hon. George Fowlds, met at the Exhibition buildings, and invited Messrs. W. Recce and G. T. Booth, Executive Commissioners, to make a full statement of the matters at issue between themselves and Mr. G. S. Munro, Chief Executive Commissioner. Mr. Munro was not present. It is understood that the information placed before the Ministers by Mr. Monro's colleagues will be submitted to Cabinet, after which Ministers are to me(t the whole of the Commissioners at as early a date as possible for the purpose of arriving at a definite decision.
