A NONCONFORMIST PROTEST.
NATION'S VERDICT STULTIFIED (Beceived 8.42 a.m.) LONDON, November 6. A meeting of the National Free Church Council, attended by twelve hundred, delegates, declared that the House of Lords' amendments had stultified the nation's verdict on the Education Bill. He appealed to the Government to oppose every alteration giving a foothold to sectarian privilege.
