A NAVAL NOVELTY.
New British. Repairing Ship. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON., November 6. The Cyclops, a steam repair ship built for the Admiralty, has been launched at Sunderland. She resembles a sea-going dockyard, and is fitted with shipyard appliances, engineering machinery, and is manned by 300 artificers.
