MR EINSELLA'S SUCCESSOR. {• (By Correspondent.) - CHRISTCHURCH. EXHIBITION, this '' -Mr Cuddie, one of the head office staff of the Agricultural Department and an officer of high scientific attainments, will succeed Mr Kinsella in the position of Chief Dairy Expert. This appointment, together with several others connected with various branches of the Civil 3 Service, has not yet been confirmed by - the Cabinet.
