PARIS, November 3.

The storm wrecked 13 miles of promenades along the Riviera coasts, doing damage to the extent of f 1,000,000.

During the height of the storm a number of submarines dived, remaining with their crews safely below till the worst

was over

Four hundred fishing vessels were lost, though there were only a few casualties.
