The St. Petersburg newspapers estimate that in the first year o f the constitution there have occurred 1513 executions, 023 newspaper suspensions, 647 prosecutions of editors, 242 bomb outrages, and 040 robberies from public institutions.
Gersehuni, the. founder of the organisation which killed M.M. Sipiaguine, Logotietoff and de Plehve, has escaped from a convicts , prison in Siberia concealed in a water butt.
Two girls have been shot at Cronstadt because a hangman was not procurable.
