LONDON, November 4. Mr. Stephen Gynn. the Nationalist candidate, irith 083 Votes, replaces Mr. C. R. Devlin, ex-member for Galway, who has retired. Captain Shawe Taylor, the /devolutionist candidate, scored 559 votes.
[Mr. C. E. Devlin, ex-M.P. for Gal way, must not he confused with Mr. Joseph .Devlin, M.l\ for Kilkenny North, who is now in Australia. J
