j An Irish Breeze. LOXDOX, Xovember 2. In the House of Commons yesterday there was a stormy scene over a motion by Viscount Castlereagh that the Trade-* i Disputes Bill should not apply to lielaud. This was negatived by 230 to 4. Mr. S. H. Butcher (Unionist) said the bill would facilitate boycotting and intimidation in Ireland, and "when under the Land League's baneful tyranny the living were refused the necessaries of life and the dead were denied coffins.'' i Mr. \V. Delauey (Nationalist): It's a : flnnder. Mr. Flvnn (Nationalist) : It's a lie. : The interjections were withdrawn I under the Speaker's direction.
