Strengthening the Home Fleet. (Received 6.54 α-m.) LONDON, November 1. jn the House of Commons Mr. E. Robertson (Secretary to the Admiralty), in reply to Mr. E. A. Ridsale, said that tie battleships had been arranged in vriat was considered to be a more efficient fighting disposition. Two each from tne Channel, Mediterranean, and Atlantic fleets had been added to the Home fleet
