LONDON, February 20.
The third Baltic fleet, cpnsistieg of foui- ironclads and three transport has passed Langland Belt r in the Baltic Sea.
Germany has purchased, on behalf "of the Russian Consul at Kiel, the Ef-itish steamer's Rosslyn Castle and Raglan Cistle as transports for the third Baltic fleet.
