PARALLEL IN ASSASSINATION.
FATE OF CZAR ALEXANDER IT.
The assassination of the Grand Duke ■Sergius suggests the obvious parallel of tne similar fate of the Emperor Alexander 11. in 1881. This Czar, it may be remembered, also met his death by a
Nihilist explosion in St. Petersburg. Moscow assassination is the first murder of a member of the Russian royal family that has occurred in the succeeding twenty-four years. ~
