GERMAN COMMERCIAL TREATIES.

A meeting of representatives of the Associated Chambers of Commerce of Germany has been held at Berlin to consider the commercial treaties entered into recently by the Government. Resolutions were carried expressing strong dissatisfaction -with the treaties.
