NEW JAPANESE DESTROYERS.
29 Knots at Testa.

LONDON", February 15. The destroyers Aaiake and Fubuke. which have been constructed in Japan, have given a speed of 29 knots an hour at their testa, and have been duly commissioned.
The destroyer Arara ia being launched at Yokohama.
