AMUSEMENTS.
THE OPERA HOUSE. "Never Despair" was repeated at the Opera House last evening by the TaylorCarringron Dramatic Company in the presence of a good audience. The drama has taken the papular fancy, and was received last night vyith marked appreciation- The last performance of "Never Despair' is announced for to-night and to-morrow the stage will be occupied by "Only a Vagabond." FISK JUBILEE STSFGERS. All arrangements are now complete for the appearance of the Fisk Jubilee Singers, ■ which will eventuate at His Majesty's Theatre on Monday night next in the first of a series of concerts to be given in Auckland by the above talented company. The programme for the opening night is being specially selected, and will comprise a number of Jubilee choruses, melodies*, and male and female quartettes, solos, etc. Mr Clarence Tisdale, the young , American tenor, will sing several songs entirely new to Auckland. The plan of reserved seats is now open at Wikknan and Arey"s.
