It is probable that the Rugby Union will officially announce the team for Britain on Thursday next. Thus they were called upon to turn out 135 playors. Is this a record for one c-iub on one day? Tlie religious revival that is sweeping ovor Wales acclaims the conversion of footballers as if they were deep-dyed criminals. In effect, however, it has not the making of George Washington?, for a minor referee, who has come under the benign spell, declared that he has sacrificed £25 per year in fees alone by finishing with the sinful game.
