FRANCO-TURKISH DISPUTE SETTLED.
(Received 9.13 a.m. i CONSTANTINOPLE. Feb. 10. The Sultan is now raising a two million sterling loan in France, one-third of which is to be spent on the purchase of guns in France. [A recent cable stated that the French Government had withdrawn its Ambassador on the refusal of Turkey to order its batteries in France, by way of a partial settlement of .Fren.cn financial claims.]
