GOVERNMENT AND STRIKE LEADERS.
Employers Refase Dismissal (Received 7.21 a-m.) ST. PETERSBURG, February 9. The ot. Petersburg police presented to the employers a list of the ringleaders in the strike movement, and urged their dismissal. The employers are, however, hesitating about taking this course, as many of the men are skilled workers, and cannot be replaced. The director of the Nevski naval shipyard has taken a more decided course, and has definitely refused compliance with the Government recommendation.
