Skins, 1/2 to 4/6; pelts, salted 2/ to 2/9, dry and damaged 1/ to 1/10; lamb, iyi(> to 2/30. Wool, in bags: Crossbred, Cid to TJd; lamb, 7Jd to Sd; pieces, -Id to sa*dUrniii, etc.: Maize, still in short supply, advanced a penny, selling at 2/11 to a/2; opts, firm at 2/3 to 2/4; fowl wheat, 8/11. Chaff —Old Southern, very little offering at high rates; local from £-i to £5 ex store, according to quality. Bran, £3 10/; sharps, £6; bonedust, £6 10/; guano. £4. At Uemuera on Thursday dairy cows, penned in usual number, were required. Prices for those at profit were from £5 to £9 2/e. Pew stores yurded; those sold et recent values. Pat ami young calves in full supp!y. smr.il stilins to $/, medium to heavy to 45/; 8-1 sold. The beef pons were well filled with cattle of nice quality. Prices on the wliulc were better. Ox buef sold up to 24/ the 1001b: cow, to 31/; steers ranged in price from £7 to £10; cows, £5 to £7 IT/C; 245 sold. Sheep came forward in aye-, rage numbers and met with a ready saie, best wethers reaching £1 0/3, lighter \veight3 to 18/, heavy ewes to 19/0, others IS/ to 15/; 1250 sold. Lambs, yarded in usual numbers, kept re-cent quotations, beat selling to l(3/l>. liehter sorts 11/fl to 14/, small ,/C) to 10/; 370 sold. Pigs, in moderate supply. Small were from 5/ to 11/; porkers, tq 35/; bftconers, to £2 10/6; 50 sold.
