A 3ECSEE BY TBEPOFF. GAPON IN SWITZEKIAND. LONDON, February 8. General Trepoff has fixed a date for the resumption of work at the universities and schools. If the mutinous students are then still in the majority they will be expelled, and all the educational institutions will be closed. Father Gapon, the leader of the revolt at St. Petersburg, is now in Switzerland.
