Several JTreikclx ne-wspapers are in agreement that the movement in Siberia is reaching very serious dimensions. Their correspondents state that at Irkutsk, the important station, on the Siberian railway, and the disembarking point for Lake Baikal, a general strike 'is in progress. Despatches definitely indicate that the whole of the men employed npon the railway have left their work. No news Is to hand as to the effeot upon the transit of the Russian war supplies.
