BSaaehnzian Wires Reserved. (Received 7.26 ajn.) LONDON, February 7. The Russian Government yesterday reserved to itself the exclusive use of the wires from Russia to Manchuria.
COSSACKS BURN RUSSIAN PROVISIONS.
(Received 7.2G a.m.) LONDON, February 7. It is stated that the Cossacks at Jongching burned a large quantity of stores and provisions to prevent their falling into the hands of the enemy, and then proceeded to Harbin.
ANOTHER RUSSIAN LOAN.
LONDON, February 7. Router's Agenev says that Russia has placed a loan of £40,000,000 at 5 per cent.
