' — • KAURI GUM MARKET. "Auckland Star" Office, Wednesday, February 8. 1905. The market shows no change upon last week's position, there being still a steady j demand for good gum, of which supplies are somewhat short at present. The to- | tal quantity of gum sent in for the eight j days of February is 186 tons, which shapes for an average month. Poor grades of gum are not in much request.
