TREPOFF AND THE PRESS.
Journalists Refuse Submission. ST. PETERSBURG. February 6. | The "Daily News" says that General i Trepoff recently summoned the journalists of St. Petersburg to see him, and during the interview appealed to them to publish, such versions of current events as would be likely to soothe the people. They declined to do this.
