Anchored OS Madagascar. i LONDON, February 4. The ship Lismore, which has arrived at Port Louis, in Mauritius, reports that the Baltic fleet on January 28 was at anchor at Nossi Be, an island off the north-western coast of Madagascar. There were a dozen colliers lying in Diego Saurez. A syndicate, composed of French and Prussian capitalists, has entered into a contract to supply coal to the third ( ? fourth) Baltic squadron, which is shortly to leave Libau for the Far East.
