Orient Liner Refuses Carriage. SYDNEY, February f". The Orient Company's steamer Orontes, outward bound to Australia, has refused to pick up 420 sacks or mails that had : : arrived at Marseilles for her. The captain of the Orontes also says he will — t pick up mails at Naples.
