An Important Move. (Received 9.55 a.m.) i . SYDNEY, this day. t The conditions of the contract for tht manufacture of steel and iron in this State have now been issued. Tenders will be called in Europe and America up to ' September Ist. Of the ore to be used, 90 per cent, must be raised in Australia. while 10 per cent, of pig iron will be allowed to be imported.
