NAVAL REDISTRIBUTION.
The North. Sea Danger, ( - (Reeeived 8.4 i a.m.) j LONDON, February 5. Mr. Arthur Lee, Junior Lord of th* Admiralty, speaking at Easileigh, that Great Britain was compelled to look with more anxiety, though not wita fear, to the North Sea. For that reason the fleet had been redistributed. In thY event of war Great Britain would now be able to get in the first blow.
