A STRIKE IN SIBERIA.
Irkutsk Railway Men ST. PETERSBURG, February 2. [The seriousness of this development will suggest itself to every thoughtful reader. If the railway men'do to the Siberian railway what the strikers in other quarters have been doing lo arsenals and public buildings, the effect on the carriage of war supplies would be most serious.]
