BERLIN, March 20.
Count. Yon Bulow. in the Reichstag, declared that Great Britain had got a? much advantage from Venezuela as had Germany.
The relations of America, Germany and Great Britain had emerged unimpaired from the Venezuelan trouble.

LONDON, March 20
Messrs Sekigmann and Co., the wellknown stockbrokers, acting in concert with German and London bankers, are trying to float the Venezuelan debt.
