Sir Astley Cooper, the renowned British surgeon, once said that no man should be aware from his sensations that he has a stomach. Alas ! how many thousands are painfully and continually reminded of the existence of that organ. Dyspepsia renders the lives of these unfortunates perfectly miserable.
