The report of the Goldfields Committee was brought up and read, but Messrs O'Connor and Mervin pointed out that BnfScient evidence had not been taken, and that the report was therefore worthless. Business is so far unimportant. Sir George gave notice that he would move that all orders in Council under the Confiscated Lands Begulations which have been or may be issued since the 20th July last, shall be null and void.
The Bright Smile has today 30 lbs. from the shaft load.
